DOLPHIN Tanks are made from the Prime Linear low Density Polyethylene which has Excellent Environmental stress crack Resistance (ESCR). This higher ESCR with Carbon Black (Best UV absorber) makes DOLPHIN Tanks Tough and durable.

Manufacturing Process

Tanks Manufactured by fully rotational carousel type machine with indirect heating to avoid over heating of the polymer.

DOLPHIN Tanks are made under Atmospheric Pressure i.e. stress free molding in the best fully Rotational carousel type molding machine. DOLPHIN Tanks are seamless and with uniform thickness. Dolphin Tanks made from F.D.A, Approved grades Polyethylene, they are highly hygienic.
